MOTOR-TENDER LIFT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus for moving an outboard motor between a storage position adjacent a mother vessel and an opera- tional position on a small boat floating generally adjacent the mother vessel. The apparatus comprises a mount for the outboard motor connectable to the small boat, a lifting arm connectable to the mother vessel at one end and connectable to the mount at the second end, and a mechanism for lifting the lifting arm from a lowered position to a raised position and for lifting the mount from the operational position to the storage position when the mount is connected to the lifting arm.
