A motorcycle (or any helmet with a visor) wiper. Simply an horizontal bar from one site of the helmet to the other side, where most common full face helmets have screws to hold the visor in place. It would be then manually moved up and down to sponge off water that as accumulated on the visor. It is a foam strip mounted on a plastic flexible bar, not a rubber strip.
