A motorized hoop exerciser chair located in the chair's seat, overhead the chair or on chair's wheel has electric motor attached to hoop such that when the motor is turned on, the hoop or the object attached to the hoop will run in circular motion to exercise the body either clockwise or counter clockwise. The user can sit comfortably to exercise the body for periods of time. The chair is comprised of: a) a motorised hoop located in the seat portion of the chair, the overhead of the chair attached to the back rest portion or in the legs of legged chairs or to the wheels og leg-wheeled chair b) a chair with a support frame having a base, side portion, seat portion, back rest potion, hand rest portion, legged or leg-wheeled c) a high heeled shoe or feet holder flip- flopable. When it is used the body simulates the dancing moves, thus exercising by dancing only by sitting position comfortably.
