ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Herein disclosed is a driving mechanism which is designed to be compact in construction and readily be dis- assembled and reassembled. The driving mechanism comprises a driven rotating wheel having a bore extending along its rota- tional axis, a motor housing fixedly supported by a stationary structure and accommodated in the bore of the driven rotating wheel through bearings for rotatably supporting the driven rotating wheel, a hydraulic motor accommodated in the motor housing to be removably from one side of the driven rotating wheel, and a reduction gear unit detachably attached to the other side of the driven rotating wheel in driving engagement with the hydraulic motor. - 1 -
