The motorized equipment comprises two wheels mounted on a transversal axle itself mounted on the equipment's frame through a horizontal, axial pivot. A boom system is articulated about the equipment's frame and supports a load of varying amplitude. A first hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the boom system and the equipment's frame, and a second stabilizing hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the transversal pivotal axle and the frame. The first and second hydraulic cylinders are supplied with pressurized hydraulic fluid from a common source whereby the pressure of the fluid in both hydraulic cylinders is function of the amplitude of the load supported by the boom system. In response to the pressurized hydraulic fluid from the common source, the second hydraulic cylinder applies to the equipment's frame a stabilizing force having an amplitude proportional to the amplitude of the load in view of stabilizing the attitude of the equipment's frame.
