The invention relates to a mould closing unit comprising compression units (D) for applying the closing pressure, mobile units (F) for moving the movable mould support (12) into a closing position in relation to the fixed mould support, and an ejection unit (A). The hydraulic compression unit (D) cooperates with an offset roll (30'). The compression units (D), mobile unit (F), offset roll (30') and ejection unit (A) are situated in a plane established by a central axis (a-a), the compression units and mobile unit being positioned symmetrically in relation to said central axis. The offset roll (30') and ejection unit (A) are arranged coaxially in relation to the central axis (a-a) and parallel to each other. At least one actuating element (cylinder 40) for actuating the ejection unit (A) is positioned on the outer side of the offset roll (30') and actuates the ejector (43) located on the end face of the offset roll (30'). This allows for a compact design of the mould closing unit while at the same time meeting all precision requirements.
L'invention concerne une unité de serrage de moule comportant des unités de compression (D) pour appliquer une force de serrage, des unités mobiles (F) pour déplacer le support de moule (12) mobile en position de fermeture avec un support de moule fixe, ainsi qu'une unité d'éjection (A). Une unité de compression (D) hydraulique coopère avec un cylindre de compensation (30'). Les unités de compression (D), l'unité mobile (F), le cylindre de compensation (30') et l'unité d'éjection (A) se trouvent dans un plan établi par un axe médian (a-a), les unités de compression et l'unité mobile étant disposées de manière symétrique par rapport à l'axe médian. Le cylindre de compensation (30') et l'unité d'éjection (A) sont placés coaxialement à l'axe médian (a-a) et parallèlement l'un à l'autre. Au moins un élément d'actionnement (cylindre 40) pour actionner l'unité d'éjection (A) est placé sur la face extérieure du cylindre de compensation (30') et actionne l'éjecteur (43) placé à l'avant, sur le cylindre d'éjection (30'). On obtient ainsi une structure compacte de l'unité de serrage de moule, tout en satisfaisant simultanément aux exigences en termes de précision.
