The invention relates to a production method comprising the following steps: the material to be moulded is introduced into a mould (14); the mould is arranged in an envelope (12) comprising a vacuum connection (15); a depression is formed in the envelope by the formation of a gaseous flow through the vacuum connection; the mould is deshaped; the gaseous flow is stopped; and pressure is applied to at least part of the mould, possibly via the envelope, at least once the gaseous flow has been stopped. The invention also relates to a device for moulding parts.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication, comprenant les étapes suivantes : -introduire le matériau à mouler dans un moule (14); -disposer le moule dans une enveloppe (12) comprenant une prise de vide 05); -réaliser une dépression dans l'enveloppe par formation d'un écoulement gazeux par la prise de vide; -déformer le moule; -arrêter l'écoulement gazeux; et -appliquer une pression sur au moins une partie du moule, éventuellement avec interposition de l'enveloppe, au moins après l'arrêt de l'écoulement gazeux. L'invention se rapporte aussi à un dispositif pour mouler des pièces.
