MOUNT FOR A PARABOLIC ANTENNA ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A mount for a parabolic antenna includes a ver- tical post with a beam pivotally mounted on the post about a horizontal axis and lockable in a desired elevational position by the cooperation between a pair of slotted plates and a nut and bolt which passes through the beam. The beam is then coupled to a frame for supporting the dish by an upper and lower bearing. The distance bet- ween one of the bearings and the frame can be adjusted to change the angle between the frame and the pivot axis. A screw arrangement attached to the beam and to the frame can be manually operated to pivot the frame about the pivot bearings. Adjustment of the angle of the frame to the beam and the angle of the beam to the post can set the dish so that operation of the screw scans the dish through the required scanning arc.
