To provide a mount structure of a two-way valve for a fuel tank of a small boat for improving mountability of the two-way valve while ensuring strength of the deck. The interior space of the boat, which is formed of a hull and a deck is provided with an engine, a fuel tank, and a duct. One end of the duct is attached to the wall surface of the deck with a mount member. The two--way valve is connected to the breather hose of the fuel tank, and attached to the mount member at one end of the duct from the interior space of the boat. The mount member is integrally provided with a mount pipe for the tube which opens the two-way valve outside the deck.
