The present invention thus relates to a mounting device (1) having a metallic base plate (2), on which multiple fastening elements (31) are provided, from each of which at least a partial area projects above the base plate (2). The mounting device is obtainable by incising fastening element blanks (4) into the surface of the metallic base plate (2) while leaving one connection edge (5) per blank (4) in such a way that they each have a web-shaped base area (6), which comprises the connection edge (5) on one end, and a head area (7) adjoining the base area, which projects laterally beyond the neighboring base area on at least one side. At least one partial area of the blanks (4) is bent out of the base plate around at least one bending edge located in the base area. The projecting edge of the head area adjoining the base area runs at an angle between 0° and 70° in relation to the plane of the base plate after the fastening elements are bent out of the base plate. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing this mounting device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de montage (1) présentant une plaque de base métallique (2), sur laquelle de multiples éléments de fixation (31) sont formés, à partir de chacun desquels au moins une zone partielle fait saillie au-dessus de la plaque de base (2). Le dispositif de montage peut être obtenu par incision d'ébauches d'éléments de fixation (4) dans la surface de la plaque de base métallique (2) tout en laissant un bord de liaison (5) par ébauche (4) de telle sorte qu'elles présentent chacune une zone de base en forme de bande (6), laquelle comprend le bord de liaison (5) à une extrémité, et une zone de tête (7) reliant la zone de base, laquelle fait saillie latéralement au-delà de la zone de base voisine sur au moins un côté. Au moins une zone partielle des ébauches (4) est pliée hors de la plaque de base autour d'au moins un bord de pliage situé dans la zone de base. Le bord saillant de la zone de tête reliant la zone de base s'étend selon un angle compris entre 0° et 70° relativement au plan de la plaque de base après pliage des éléments de fixation hors de la plaque de base. En outre, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production dudit dispositif de montage.
