The head (13) is oblong and has a portion (19) which projects further out from the shaft, substantially at right angles to this, than the opposite portion (20) of the head. Preferably the shaft (12) is narrowing off towards the foot (11) on the opposite side relative to the elongated head portion (19), which is deflected downwardly towards the foot (11).
