An exhaust system disposition structure (10) for disposing an exhaust system (12) which includes a tailpipe (30) and a coupling member (16) that couples the exhaust system to an exhaust manifold (40), with the exhaust system being disposed on a vehicle body from the coupling member to an end of the tailpipe is provided. The structure (10) includes a support member (16) that supports, on the vehicle body, the exhaust system from the coupling member to the tailpipe end, at one position further toward the tailpipe end than a center of gravity (28) of the exhaust system and at, or in the vicinity of, a principal axis of inertia (AL) of the exhaust system. Thus, the position of the entire exhaust system can be easily adjusted in comparison to a configuration where the exhaust system is supported by plural support members.
L~invention porte sur une structure de disposition pour système d~échappement (10) visant à disposer un système d~échappement (12). La structure ci-décrite comporte un tuyau arrière (30) et un organe d~accouplement (16) qui accouple le système d~échappement à un collecteur d~échappement (40), le système d~échappement étant disposé sur une carrosserie de véhicule, de l~organe d~accouplement à une extrémité du tuyau arrière. La structure (10) comporte un organe de support (16), qui supporte, sur la carrosserie du véhicule, le système d~échappement, de l~organe d~accouplement jusqu~à l~extrémité du tuyau arrière, à une position située plus loin, vers l~extrémité du tuyau arrière, qu~un centre de gravité (28) du système d~échappement et au niveau, ou près, d~un axe principal d~inertie (AL) du système d~échappement. La position du système d~échappement entier peut donc être ajustée facilement par rapport à une configuration où le système d~échappement est supporté par une pluralité d~organes de support.
