One or more nozzle boxes (20) are supported by support walls (32) of a yankee dryer hood (12). The mounting arrangement and interconnection means (46, 54, 60, 76, 78) interconnecting the support walls serve to maintain the nozzle boxes concentric the yankee dryer, reduce thermal stresses, and alleviate edge misalignment problems between the nozzle boxes and web cages caused by thermal expansion.
