ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE A mouse trap. The mouse trap has a tank, a glass tank sited in the tank, a cylinder mounted on the tank, an in- clined tray pivotally mounted in the cylinder, a spring linking the cylinder to the inclined tray for biasing the inclined door to seal the cylinder, a door rotatably mounted in the cylinder above the inclined door and two clips at- tached on two sides of the tray for holding baits. The tray is made of ferromagnetic materials. A magnet is mounted on the cylinder at a level the same level as the tray for attracting the tray to a horizontal position.
