A movable device receiving a paint pan for a painter or the like, including a frame member having the side walls provided with spaced aligned holes formed therein, allowing to lock the side walls of the frame member according to the desired length and/or width, which are extended and/or shortened by adjustable means to permit use of the device with any size of paint pan, and which are connected by the use of bolts and nuts, or other conventional fastenings means. A bar is connected onto the locking means of front or back casters of the self-steering swivel type, allowing to lock the both front or back casters in same time during the painting works.
