The column has ceiling mounted gas and electrical conduits leading into a top portion of the column through a pipe. A double articulating arm permits moving of the column on a base supported by wheels through 340~ around the bed of a patient. A brake in the base prevents inadvertent movement of the column. A support arm mounted on the pipe below the double articulating arm supports a patient monitor. Front and rear vertical columns joined by horizontal members provide open access to patient service equipment including gas couplers and electrical outlets.
La présente invention concerne une colonne d'équipement mobile pour chambre d'hôpital. Cette colonne comporte des conduites électriques et de gaz, montées au plafond, qui mènent à une partie supérieure de la colonne par un tuyau. Un double bras articulé permet de déplacer la colonne, sur un support muni de roulettes, dans un secteur de 340· autour du lit d'un patient. Un frein, dans le support, empêche de déplacer la colonne par inadvertance. Un bras- support, monté sur le tuyau au-dessous du double bras articulé, porte un écran de surveillance du patient. Des colonnes verticales avant et arrière, reliées par des éléments horizontaux, donne librement accès à l'équipement permettant de servir le patient, y compris les accouplements pour les gaz et les prises électriques.
