A multi-applicable cell-culture method and apparatus, especially for the maintenance, proliferation, amplification or differentiation of cells in an enclosed space (10), comprising individual means (30,36) for adjusting flow and/or quantity in order to determine compositions and flows of mixtures of various components or nutritive media and compositions and flows of mixtures of various growth factors as envisaged above and for subsequent modification of said compositions and/or flows of mixtures of components or nutritive media and mixtures of growth factors supplied to said enclosed space, whereby said modifications can be performed independently from each other.
