The present invention provides a multi-chamber fluidized bed equipment that can remarkably diminish a reverse mixing phenomenon of a powder from the discharge side chamber to the feed side chamber, comprising a vertical partition plate dividing a equipment between the feed port and discharge port into a plurality of chambers, the partition plate having a slit or holes, wherein the top ends of first and second declining plates facing to the chambers, respectively, are bound to the partition plate at the upper edge of the slit or holes so that the powder can be transferred from the feed side chamber to the discharge side chamber, wherein the length of the declining plate is equal to the length of the declining plate a monolithic subsidiary plate being provided at the bottom end of the declining plate, and wherein the level of the surface of the powder in the chamber becomes lower than the level of the surface of the powder in the chamber after the fluidized bed has been formed, thereby suppressing the reverse flow phenomenon.
