THE ABSTRACT In an apparatus for storing and cutting aluminum, plastic and waxpaper food wraps, it is known to have a plastic retractable spindle and a steel blade for supporting and cutting respectively the wrapping product. In this invention the plastic retractable spindle is secured in a compartment such that it extend horizontally along the inside and the steel blade is affixed below the door.
