ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A multi-compartmented, refuse container arrangement is disclosed. It includes a base member for placement on a floor or other supporting surface, a standard having one end adapted to be mounted in the base member and extending vertically upward from the base, container attachment means which are rotatably supported at one end on the standard, a container which is detachably secured to the attachment means at its other end, and spacer means disposed on the standard for supporting the attachment means in spaced relationship from the base.
