2053312 9012650 PCTABS00002 A plural component spraying system (10) includes a spray gun (14) supplied by a plural component supply (20) adapted to be attached to a workman's belt. The spraying system (10) also includes a first component source (21), second component source (22), solvent source (25), and compressed air source (24). Individually controllable air-driven pumps for the plural components and the solvent are provided in apparatus (27). The supply (20) includes inlets for the first component (41), second component (42), and solvent (44) and a common outlet (43) connected by a valve (50). The valve (50) connects the first and second components to the outlet (43) or connects the solvent to the outlet (43). The outlet (43) is connected to the spray gun (14). In an air-assisted airless atomatization internal mix system (300), compressed air impignes on an expanding film of mixed first and second component material from the opposite sides thereof and also forwardly and generally parallel to the spray axis, to capture the particules in a small, uniform spray pattern.
