A device and a method for multidimensional separation and analysis of molecules is disclosed. The device comprises a first chamber (12) for subjecting a first substance to a first analysis step, a space (10), and a second chamber (7) for receiving a second substance (9). The device comprises a pressurising unit (4) configured to apply pressure (14) to the second substance (9) to move the second substance towards the space (10) and towards a product of the first analysis step for providing a sample for a second analysis step.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de séparation et d'analyse multidimensionnelles de molécules.
