ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A multi-directional switch has a unitary key member formed with specific, manually repressible regions and a unitary sustaining member underlying the key member. Electrically conductive members on the sustaining member are in registry with corresponding electrodes on a base member and the sustaining member resiliently urges the conductive members away from the base member to space the conductive members from the corresponding electrodes. A fulcrum between the key member and the base member spaces the conductive members a predetermined distance from the electrodes, the key member being pivot able relative to the base member about said fulcrum, in response to depression of the key member, to press a selected one of the conductive members into contact with its corresponding electrode.
