A multi-directional swivel type exercising device includes a movable bent rod (1), two handles (2), two elastic positioning members (3), two rotatable wheels (4), two springs (11), and two connecting tubes (12). The elastic positioning member is mounted in the connecting tube, and is provided with a locking stub (31) that may be protruded outward from the snap hole (121) of the connecting tube. The handle is provided with a mounting end (21) mounted on the connecting tube and formed with multiple adjusting holes (211), so that when the mounting end of the handle is mounted on the connecting tube, the locking stub of the elastic positioning member may be snapped into and locked in one of the adjusting holes of the mounting end of the handle:
