ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The majority of multi-function exercise devices are somewhat limited in terms of the number of different exercises which can be performed using the devices. A multi- function exercise apparatus, which can be used to perform a relatively large number of exercises includes a rectangular base, an arcuate track extending upwardly from one end toward the other end thereof, a rectangular arch pivotally connected to the sides of the base and slidably connected to the track for rotation between a vertical and inclined position, a carriage slidably mounted on each side of the arch for receiving weights, and a plurality of accessories for use with the apparatus. A second arch can be mounted on the base for performing chin-ups. A bench with wheels is slidable in the base for use with or without the remainder of the apparatus for performing various exercises. Pulleys on the track and movable arch receive a cable with a handle on one end for lifting the weighted carriages.
