A hanging structure for hanging an object such as a flower pot or the like from a gutter. The hanging structure includes an anchoring jaw. The anchoring jaw is formed of an integrally extending wire bent into a generally "U"-shaped configuration. The inherent resiliency of the spring wire is used biasing the jaw towards an opened configuration wherein they frictionally engage the respective inner surfaces of the gutter walls. The hanging structure also includes a hook segment formed by the same wire being integrally bent into a generally "U"-shaped configuration. The substantially "U"-shaped configuration of the hooking segment being in a substantially inverted orientation relative to the "U"-shaped configuration of the anchoring jaw. The hanging structure further includes a substantially elongated spacing segment extending downwardly from the hooking segment. A hook having a substantially "U"-shaped configuration extends integrally from the lower end of the spacing segment for receiving the object being hung. The hanging structure also includes a stabilising rod mounted on the anchoring jaw so as to abut against the edge of a roof. The hanging structure in mounted on the gutter by having the hooking segment abuttingly overriding the gutter front wall while the anchoring jaw is inserted within the gutter. The jaws formed by the "U"-shaped anchoring jaws are biased against the inner surfaces of the gutter walls and the stabilizing rod abuttingly contacts the adjacent roof edge.
Dispositif permettant de suspendre des objets de type pot à fleurs d'une gouttière. Le dispositif comprend une pince d'ancrage, des crochets, une tige d'allongement et une barre de stabilisation. La pince d'ancrage est constituée d'une longueur continue de fil de fer, plié essentiellement en U. L'élasticité naturelle du fil à ressort maintient la pince en position ouverte, ce qui lui permet d'établir un contact par friction avec les surfaces internes des parois de la gouttière. Un premier crochet est formé par pliage du même fil de fer continu que la pince. Il est plié, essentiellement en U, et est inversé par rapport à la pince. La tige d'allongement, d'une longueur considérable, s'étend vers le bas à partir du premier crochet. Un second crochet en U, formé à partir du fil de fer ininterrompu ayant servi à former les autres sections du dispositif, sert à accrocher l'objet à suspendre et s'étend à partir de l'extrémité inférieure de la tige d'allongement. La barre de stabilisation est fixée sur la pince d'ancrage de manière à s'appuyer contre le bord d'un toit. Pour installer le dispositif de suspension sur une gouttière, il faut appuyer le premier crochet contre la paroi avant de la gouttière afin qu'il passe par-dessus cette dernière, insérer la pince d'ancrage dans la gouttière afin qu'elle exerce une pression contre les surfaces internes des parois de la gouttière, et positionner la tige de stabilisation de sorte qu'elle s'appuie contre le bord du toit.
