A four layer composite including a first interliner positioned between a 4xxx series braze clad and a core alloy and a second interliner positioned on the opposite side of the core alloy from the first interliner. At least one of the first and second interliners has higher amounts of Si than that of the core alloy adjacent thereto. The higher Si content interliner preferably contains about 0.02-1.1 wt.% Si.

La présente invention concerne un composite quatre couches dont une première inter-couche est située entre, d'une part une garniture de brasure de type "4xxx series", et d'autre part une seconde inter-couche placée du côté opposé à l'alliage noyau par rapport à la première inter-couche. L'une au moins de ces deux inter-couches présente des teneurs en Si supérieures à celles de l'alliage noyau à laquelle elle fait suite. La teneur massique de l'inter-couche à teneur supérieure en Si est comprise de préférence entre environ 0,02% et environ 1,1%.
