A multi-layer laminated molding having a layer structure, in which there are laminated a main material layer having as its main component polyethylene resin on the outside and a saponified material layer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or a layer of polyamide resin on the inside via at least a bonding material layer, is disclosed. Said bonding material layer comprises: A) a resin selected from the group consisting of: I) a high density polyethylene resin having specific physical properties, 2) a linear low density polyethylene resin having specific physical properties, 3) a sophisticated high density polyethylene resin obtained by grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid and the like with said resin (1), and 4) a modified linear tow density polyethylene resin obtained by grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid and the like to the said resin (2), which resin has 60-95 wt.% of polyethylene resin containing 0.1 wt%.or more of the resin (3) and/or the resin (4); and B) a resinous composition containing 40-5 wt.% of a linear ultra low density polyethylene resin having specific physical properties, having a density of 0.925 g/cm3 or thereabove and containing 0.001-5.0 wt% of grafted unsaturated carboxylic acid and the like; whereby the difference in acoustic impedance between the main material layer and the bonding material layer is 8.5 x 10-3 g/cm2.µsec or thereabove. This multilayer laminated molding is high in barrier properties, and non-destructive detection of the bonding material layer can be easily performed by an ultrasonic wave reflection method.
L'invention concerne une pièce moulée en stratifié à plusieurs couches dont la structure est constituée d'une couche principale de matière ayant comme composant principal de la résine de polyéthylène à l'extérieur et une couche de matière saponifiée de copolymère d'acétate de vinyle ou une couche de résine de polyamide à l'intérieur, ces deux couches étant liées par au moins une couche de matière de liaison. Ladite couche de matière de liaison comprend: A) une résine choisie dans le groupe constitué par: 1) une résine de polyéthylène de masse volumique élevée ayant des propriétés physiques spécifiques, 2) une résine linéaire de polyéthylène de masse volumique basse ayant des propriétés physiques spécifiques, 3) une résine sophistiquée de polyéthylène de masse volumique élevée, obtenue par la greffe d'un acide carboxylique insaturé et similaire sur ladite résine (1), et 4) une résine linéaire modifiée de polyéthylène de masse volumique basse obtenue par la greffe d'un acide carboxylique insaturé ou similaire sur ladite résine (2), la résine choisie ayant 60 à 95 % en poids de résine de polyéthylène contenant 0,1 % en poids ou plus de résine (3) et/ou de résine (4); et B) une composition résineuse contenant 40-5 % en poids de résine linéaire de polyéthylène de masse volumique ultrabasse ayant des propriétés physiques spécifiques, dont la masse volumique est de 0,925 g/cm3 ou supérieure et qui contient 0,001-5,0 % en poids d'acide carboxylique insaturé greffé ou similaire. La différence entre l'impédance acoustique de la couche de matière principale et celle de la couche de matière de liaison est de 8,5 x 10-3 g/cm2.musec ou supérieure. Cette pièce moulée en stratifié en plusieurs couches a d'excellentes propriétés de barrage, et on peut facilement détecter, de façon non destructive, la couche de matière de liaison par un procédé utilisant la réflexion des ondes ultrasonores.
