The invention relates to a method for the production of a multi-layered surface protection for reinforced concrete in order to improve protection against corrosion for reinforced concrete constructions or reinforced concrete building components. Said multi-layered surface protection comprises a first layer made of zinc which is injected into the reinforced concrete and is connected to the metal reinforcement of the reinforced concrete in an electrically conductive manner, and a second layer made of polymer material. Said method is characterised in that the second layer which is made of low viscose polymers is applied to the first layer which is made of zinc, in the form of a closed film, and a surface protection layer is applied to the second layer. The invention also relates to a multi-layered surface protection for reinforced concrete in order to improve protection against corrosion for reinforced concrete constructions or reinforced concrete building components which can be driven, by means of layers disposed on the surface of the reinforced concrete and which is obtained according to said method.
Procédé de production d'une protection de surface multicouche pour du béton armé, destinée à améliorer la protection contre la corrosion d'édifices en béton armé ou de parties structurales en béton armé. Ladite protection multicouche comporte une première couche, constituée de zinc, pulvérisée sur le béton armé et reliée de manière électriquement conductrice avec l'armature du béton armé et une deuxième couche constituée d'une matière polymère. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que la deuxième couche constituée de polymères à faible viscosité sous forme d'un film fermé est appliquée sur la première couche et en ce qu'une couche de protection de surface est appliquée sur la deuxième couche. La présente invention concerne en outre une protection multicouche pour du béton armé, destinée à améliorer la protection contre la corrosion d'édifices en béton armé ou de parties structurales en béton armé sur lesquels peuvent rouler des véhicules, à l'aide de couches situées à la surface du béton armé, qui peut être obtenue selon ledit procédé.
