A medical delivery device comprising an elongate body (12) having a plunger (16) slidably and sealingly engaged to form a cavity (40) to receive fluid materials and a first outlet disposed at an end of said body and has a male luer end portion (82) and a valve assembly (38) is disposed within the first outlet. The valve assembly (65) has a valve means movable between an open position and a closed position and biasing means for biasing the valve means to a closed position. Actuating means (56)are disposed within the male luer end portion (86) and coupled to the valve means such that the valve means is movable to an open position when a female luer end portion of a medical accessory is coupled with the male luer end portion. A second outlet is disposed at the same end as the first outlet for controlling the exchange of gases from the environment to said cavity under the action of the plunger. Lastly, a third outlet is disposed at the same end as the first outlet for controlling the exchange of gases from the cavity to the environment under the action of the plunger.
Un dispositif d'administration de médicaments comprenant un corps allongé présentant un piston plongeur coulissant et étanche permettant de former une cavité destinée à recevoir des matières fluides et une première sortie disposée sur une extrémité du corps et présentant une partie d'extrémité d'une seringue Luer mâle et un ensemble clapet est disposé dans la première sortie. L'ensemble clapet présente un moyen clapet se déplaçant entre une position ouverte et une position fermée et un moyen de sollicitation permettant de solliciter le moyen clapet dans une position fermée. Un moyen d'actionnement se trouve dans la partie d'extrémité d'une seringue Luer mâle et est couplée au moyen clapet de manière à permettre son déplacement dans une position ouverte lorsque une partie d'extrémité de seringue Luer femelle d'un accessoire médical est couplée avec la partie d'extrémité de seringue Luer mâle. Un seconde sortie se trouve sur la même extrémité de la première sortie et permet de surveiller l'échange de gaz provenant de l'environnement vers la cavité sous l'action du piston plongeur. Finalement, on ménage une troisième sortie sur la même extrémité afin de surveiller l'échange de gaz provenant de la cavité vers l'environnement sous l'action du piston plongeur.
