A multi-positionable, collapsible tool bench comprises a base; a vertically disposed tubular support member which is rotatably mounted upon the base; a boom assembly having a plurality of section members hingedly attached at their ends, one of the section members capable of being extended to facilitate the reach of the tool bench; a tray hingedly attached to the boom assembly; and a plurality of ratchet wheels and pawls mounted at the hinged joints to selectively position the section members and the tray for the user. The section members and the tray are selectively positionable about their respective hinged joints so that the tray can be vertically and horizontally positioned as desired by the user.
