A multi-purpose accessory, characterised by consisting of a substantially parallelepiped rigid casing (1) able to house a packet (3) of cigarettes and a cigarette lighter (4), said casing comprising in a major surface a shaped depression (6) for resting the cigarette, an end portion of said casing comprising a cylindrical body (7) in which a corresponding container (11) is inserted, said cylindrical body (7) comprising a longitudinally slotted hole (9), said cylindrical container comprising a longitudinally slotted aperture (13), said cylindrical container (11) being rotatable axially between a position in which said slotted aperture (13) faces said slotted hole (9), and a position in which it doss not.
