A hand held kitchen implement comprising a handle, a connecting portion and a cutting head. The cutting head comprises a plurality of tines in parallel spaced-apart relationship transversly mounted on a central spine which in turn is formed with the connecting portion. The lower edges of the central spine and the tines are tapered to a point so as to provide a cutting edge.
