A multi-purpose wire handling tool (10) including a frame (20) wherein, at its midpoint is a hub (28) designed to receive a spindle (27) wherein, its upper portion (21) is formed to integrate a handle (39), and offset to the lower portion, which includes the support bracket (22) to stabilize the assembly wherein, the support bracket (22) is designed to receive axles (34) and wheels (33) to make the unit mobile and the handle (39) is designed to accommodate a shaft (40) and sprocket (42) with crank (29) to turn the spindle (27) with sprocket (42) by chain (44), to reel up wire as you walk wherein, the spindle (27) is designed to hold an adjustable spool (50) to reel up and dispense wire.
