The invention relates to a device for storing and transporting chemicals, especially liquid high-purity chemicals used in the electronics industry, which has at least the following components: a) a multi-shell inner container comprising an inner shell which is located on the side of the stored chemicals and which is made of an HDPE that contains no stabilizers, and comprising at least one polyethylene shell which surrounds the inner shell, and; b) a plastic transport device that does not contain any metal. The invention additionally relates to a co-extrusion method for producing a device for storing and transporting chemicals, especially liquid high-purity chemicals used in the electronics industry, whereby the method has at least the following steps: a) using blowing techniques to produce a hollow body made of an HDPE that contains no stabilizers; b) simultaneously using blowing techniques to encase the hollow body obtained in a) with at least one polyethylene shell; c) producing a plastic container such that the hollow body which is obtained in a) and which is encased by at least one polyethylene shell can be adjusted therein.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de stocker et de transporter des produits chimiques, notamment des produits chimiques liquides très purs utilisés dans l'industrie électronique, qui comprend au moins les éléments suivants : a. un récipient intérieur à coques multiples, comprenant une coque intérieure située côté charge et consistant en PEHD exempt de stabilisants, ainsi qu'au moins une coque en polyéthylène renfermant la coque intérieure, et b. un dispositif de transport en matière plastique, qui est exempt de métal. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de co-extrusion pour préparer un dispositif destiné à stocker et à transporter des produits chimiques, notamment des produits chimiques liquides très purs utilisés dans l'industrie électronique. Ledit procédé comporte les étapes suivantes : a. production par technique de soufflage d'un corps creux à base de PEHD exempt de stabilisants ; b. enrobage simultané par technique de soufflage du corps creux obtenu en a) avec au moins une coque en polyéthylène ; c. production d'un récipient en matière plastique, de sorte que le corps creux obtenu en a), entouré d'au moins une coque en polyéthylène puisse être ajusté dedans.
