A method for reducing aliasing while removing positioning errors of seismic data comprising: applying a first moveout correction to the seismic data; applying a second moveout correction to a spatial skew correction, wherein the second moveout correction is related to the first moveout correction; applying the moveout-corrected spatial skew correction to the seismic data; and applying an inverse moveout correction to the seismic data, wherein the inverse moveout correction is related to the first moveout correction.
