The housing assembly has a plurality of upper raceways and one or more raceways provide access to each bus assembly collar. The raceways associated with different bus assemblies are separate from each other. The upper raceways having openings on the left and right sides of the housing assembly. The housing assembly has a connector structure on at least one of the left and right sides. The connector structure may be coupled to another jumper assembly.
