ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Conventional boat trailers, horse trailers and small cargo trailers are basically single use devices. A simple, multi-use trailer includes a frame, wheels for carrying the frame during movement along the ground, a tongue for connecting the trailer to a towing vehicle, a pair of parallel rails extending between the ends of the frame, and rollers at the trailing end of the rails for loading a boat carrying frame, horse box or cargo box on the rails. A pair of side bars are provided on the base of the boat carrying frame, the horse box and the cargo box, such bars resting on the rails when the frame or box is mounted on the trailer.
