An orthopedic bone bolt and bone plate construct comprising a bone plate member (66) and a series of fasteners (20). The bone plate member has at least one open portion (68), with the open portions allowing placement of a series of fasteners therethrough at spaced apart positions along a lengh of the open portions. The series of fasteners are attachable to the plate member at the open portions, with at least one of the fasteners including a multi-angle fastener having a pair of fastener sections configured to be angled relative to one another. The multi-angle fastener comprising: an upper section (28) having a central longitudinal axis and an outer surface (32) with a threaded portion configured to be surgically implantable into a patient's bone tissue and a joint (48) for connecting the upper and lower sections together. The joint including corresponding mating surfaces configured to articulate with each other sufficiently to allow the upper and lower sections to angle relative to one another.
L'invention concerne un ensemble vis et plaque à os orthopédique comprenant une plaque à os (66) et une série d'attaches (20). La plaque à os présente au moins une partie ouverte (68) dans laquelle ou peut placer une série d'attaches en position espacée sur une certaine longueur.
