The invention provides a multiaxially reinforced laminated molding which has high strength and little suffers from delamination and which brings about shortening in the production time and reduction in the production cost; and a process for the production of the same. The multiaxially reinforced laminated molding (F) comprises fibrous reinforcement layers (SR1 to SR3) which contain reinforcing fiber sheets and are laminated in such a way that the reinforcing fibers of the reinforcing fiber sheets are arranged in three axial directions. Resin layers (TP1 and TP2) are formed among the fibrous reinforcement layers. The resin layers (TP1 and TP2) are each constituted of many granules of a thermoplastic resin material which are distributed nearly uniformly and heat-fused with each other and which also adhere to adjacent fibrous reinforcement layers through the heat fusion of the material. The thermoplastic resin material contains many fine voids, whereby the fibrous reinforcement layers and the resin layers are wholly uniformly impregnated with a thermosetting resin material.

La présente invention concerne un stratifié moulé à renfort multiaxial qui allie une haute résistance à un faible risque de délaminage et qui permet de raccourcir le temps de production et de réduire le coût de production, ainsi qu'un procédé de production dudit stratifié. Le stratifié moulé à renfort multiaxial (F) comprend des couches de renfort fibreuses (SR1 à SR3) qui contiennent des feuilles de fibres de renfort et qui sont stratifiées de sorte que les fibres de ces feuilles soient disposées dans trois directions axiales. Des couches de résine (TP1 et TP2) sont formées entre les couches de renfort fibreuses. Les couches de résine (TP1 et TP2) sont chacune constituées de nombreux granules d'un matériau de résine thermoplastique qui sont répartis quasi uniformément et fondus thermiquement ensemble, ces couches adhérant aux couches de renfort fibreuses adjacentes par thermofusion du matériau. Le matériau de résine thermoplastique contient de nombreux minces vides qui permettent d'imprégner totalement et uniformément les couches de renfort fibreuses et les couches de résine d'un matériau de résine thermodurcissable.
