ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a multichannel frequency modulator which comprises fewer parts than prior art arrangements, particularly large-sized parts, which enables miniaturization. The modulator includes an input terminal to which a modulating signal is applied and an output terminal to which an oscillator circuit is coupled. A plurality of resonators are selectively coupled to the oscillator circuit and a plurality of varactors are respectively associated with the resonators. A plurality of voltage dividers are provided each having first, second and third terminals. The input terminal is connectable to first terminals and a bias voltage is applied to the second terminals. Modulating signals are applied between the third terminals and the varactors.
