The invention concerns a vertebral osteosynthesis device, comprising at least two bone anchoring elements (1) in the vertebral bone structures respectively (S, L5.), a longitudinal linking member (2) between the bone anchoring elements, and connector links (3) between the bone anchoring elements and said linking members. Each bone anchoring element comprises a bone fixing part (4), a head (5) to be gripped by a screwing device, a threaded shaft (7) extending the grip head, and a clamping element (8) to be screwed on said shaft to lock together the connector link, the longitudinal linking member and the corresponding bone anchoring element; the threaded shaft (7) is provided at its end with a hinge ball joint (11) in a housing (12) of the grip head (5), enabling a multidrectional adjustment of the shaft (7) and a positioning of the connector link (3) adapted to the vertebral segment configuration (S, L5, ...L2) receiving the bone anchoring elements.
Dispositif d'ostéosynthèse rachidienne, comprenant au moins deux éléments d'ancrage osseux (1) dans des structures osseuses du rachis respectives (S, L5..), un organe (2) de liaison longitudinale entre les éléments d'ancrage osseux, et des étriers connecteurs (3) de connexion entre les éléments d'ancrage osseux et lesdits organes de liaison, chaque élément d'ancrage osseux comportant une prise osseuse (4), une tête (5) de préhension par un outil de vissage, un axe fileté (7) prolongeant la tête de préhension, et un élément de serrage (8) pouvant être vissé sur cet axe pour bloquer ensemble l'étrier connecteur, l'organe de liaison longitudinale et l'élément d'ancrage osseux correspondante; l'axe fileté (7) est pourvu d'une rotule terminale (11) d'articulation dans un logement (12) de la tête (5) de préhension, permettant une orientation pluridirectionnelle de l'axe (7) et un positionnement de l'étrier de connexion (3) adaptés à la configuration du segment vertébral (S, L5, ... L2) recevant les éléments d'ancrage osseux.
