The subject of the invention is a device for osteosynthesis of the rachis using a pedicle screw of the type including a rounded threaded point and a threaded head, separated by a hexagonal section, the said screws being joined by a link, characterized in that it also includes a single fastener equipped with a hole for passage of the said threaded head onto which is screwed a locknut for the fastener assembly, linking component on the said head, one of the two elements, the fastener or the link, being shaped on its external surface so as to form a groove to accept and prevent rotation of the said hexagonal body. L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif d'ostéosynthèse du rachis à vis pédiculaires du type comportant une pointe de forme ogivale filetée et une tête filetée, séparées par un corps hexagonal, lesdites vis étant reliées par un élément de liaison, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, une pièce de fixation unique munie d'un trou de passage de ladite tête filetée sur laquelle est vissé un écrou de blocage de l'ensemble pièce de fixation, élément de liaison sur ladite tête, l'un des deux organes, pièce de fixation ou élément de liaison, étant conformé sur sa face inférieure de façon à constituer une rainure de réception et blocage en rotation dudit corps hexagonal.
