Embodiments of the invention provide an integrated, disposable medical device assembly (10) including a handpiece (20) having suction, irrigation, and electrosurgical control structure, irrigation tubing (30) configured for connection to an irrigation fluid source (62) at one end and connected to the handpiece (20) at another end, and suction tubing (40) configured for connection to a source of suction (64) at one end and connected to the handpiece (20) at another end. The assembly may include a fluid pump (40) and electrical wiring (56) leading from the handpiece and configured for connection a source of electrosurgical energy (60).
