ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An arrangement for manufacturing a multilayer felt band comprising fibers of thermoplastic material, with storage spaces of the shape of channels in at least one layer of the felt band. The arrangement comprises at least two rotating rolls adapted for guiding and connecting individual layers, at least one of the rolls being provided with a hollow mantle having openings therein, a reflecting mirror situated inside the mantle and adapted to be displaced within the mantle, and a quantum generator of light radiation situated near the face of the roll.
