A multilayer film includes a first layer comprising a blend of a polyolefin, a cyclic olefin copolymer, and polypropylene, and a second layer comprising a polymeric composition having a melting point of less than 1300C. An alternative multilayer film includes a first layer comprising a polyolefin; a second layer comprising a blend of a cyclic olefin copolymer and polypropylene; and a third layer comprising a polymeric composition having a melting point of less than 130°C. A substrate, such as polymeric film, metal, or paperboard, may be bonded to either multilayer film to form a laminate. Methods of triggering a multilayer film are also disclosed, in which the film is subjected to a dosage of actinic radiation effective to trigger the oxygen scavenger in the film.
L'invention concerne un film multicouche comprenant une première couche comprenant un mélange d'une polyoléfine, d'un copolymère d'oléfine cyclique et de polypropylène, et une seconde couche comprenant une composition polymérique ayant un point de fusion inférieur à 130 °C. L'invention concerne un autre film multicouche comprenant une première couche comprenant une polyoléfine ; une deuxième couche comprenant un mélange d'un copolymère d'oléfine cyclique et de polypropylène ; et une troisième couche comprenant une composition polymérique ayant un point de fusion inférieur à 130 °C. Un substrat, tel qu'un film polymérique, un métal ou un carton, peut être relié à l'un ou l'autre des films multicouches afin de former un stratifié. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'activation d'un film multicouche, selon lesquels le film est soumis à une dose de rayonnements actiniques efficace pour activer l'agent de suppression d'oxygène dans le film.
