The object of the present invention is a superconductive material formed as a film comprised of monomolecular layers (2, 3, 4, 5) stacked on a substrate (1), wherein said film includes at least one first set (R) of layers which form a reservoir of electrical charges, and a second set (S) of layers which form a superconductive cell and which contain a number of superconductive copper oxide layers (4), separated from each other by spacing layers (5), the reservoir and the superconductive cell being adjacent in the layer stack. According to the invention, n is an integer of at least 4, and the spacing layers are of chemical formula Ca1-xMx and are free of strontium, wherein x is a real number between 0 and 0.2, M is a component with an ionic radius close to that of the Ca2+ ion, and the spacing layers may be complete or not.

La présente invention concerne un matériau supraconducteur sous forme de film constitué de couches monomoléculaires (2, 3, 4, 5) superposées les unes aux autres sur un substrat (1), comportant au moins un premier ensemble (R) de couches qui constitue un réservoir de charges électriques, et un deuxième ensemble (S) de couches qui forme une cellule supraconductrice et qui est constitué par un certain nombre n de couches supraconductrices (4) composées d'un oxyde de cuivre, séparées les unes des autres par des couches intercalaires (5), le réservoir de charges et la cellule supraconductrice étant contigus dans l'empilage de couches. Selon l'invention, n est un entier au moins égal à 4 et les couches intercalaires ont la formule chimique Ca¿1-x?M¿x? et sont exemptes de strontium, x étant un nombre réel au moins égal à 0 et au plus égal à 0,2, M étant un élement ayant un rayon ionique voisin de celui de l'ion Ca?2+¿, et les couches intercalaires étant complètes ou non.
