A method of manufacturing a multilayer thermoplastic resin sheet efficiently without breaking a foamed resin layer, and a multilayer thermoplastic resin sheet are disclosed. A two-layer thermoplastic resin sheet (24) is manufactured by bringing a thermoplastic resin film (19) into close contact with a heated metal endless belt (the surface roughness of which is Ra: not more than 0.5 µm) (15) or a heated roll (16), placing a foamed resin sheet (18) from a die (11) or a supply roll on the thermoplastic resin film (19), sandwiching the superposed thermoplastic resin film (19) and foamed resin sheet (18) between the belt (15) and roll (16), and pressing them flat. During this flat-pressing operation, the surface pressure is 0.05-1.00 MPa, and the surface pressure application time is 0.5-10.0 seconds.
L'invention a trait à un procédé permettant de fabriquer de façon efficace une feuille de résine thermoplastique multicouches sans casser une couche de résine expansée, et à une feuille de résine thermoplastique multicouches. La fabrication d'une feuille (24) de résine thermoplastique multicouches comporte les étapes consistant à mettre un film (19) de résine thermoplastique en contact étroit avec une courroie (15) métallique sans fin chauffée (dont la rugosité de surface Ra n'est pas supérieure à 0,5 µm) ou avec un rouleau (16) chauffé; placer une feuille (18) de résine expansée à partir d'une filière (11) ou d'un rouleau d'alimentation sur le film (19) de résine thermoplastique; mettre en sandwich le film (19) de résine thermoplastique et la feuille (18) de résine expansée superposés entre la courroie (15) et le rouleau (16); et les presser à plat. Au cous de cette opération de pressage à plat, la pression superficielle est comprise entre 0,05-1,00 MPa, et le temps d'application de pression superficielle se situe entre 0,5-10,0 secondes.
