The invention concerns a multiparticulate pharmaceutical form, in particular multiparticulate tablet, characterised in that it consists of a plurality of particles, preferably spheroids comprising a coating based on at least a disintegrating agent and at least a binding agent and optionally at least an active substance integrated with one another by compression, said particles or spheroids wherein the active substance is distributed within a thermoplastic material having been obtained by hot extrusion without solvent of the mixture of the active substance with the thermoplastic material and the cutting up the yarn or profile coming out of the extrusion die.
Forme pharmaceutique multiparticulaire, notamment comprimé multiparticulaire, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est constituée par une pluralité de particules, de préférence de sphéroïdes comportant un enrobage à base d'au moins un agent désintégrant et d'au moins un agent liant et éventuellement d'au moins une substance active et solidarisés les uns avec les autres par compression, lesdits particules ou sphéroïdes dans lesquels une substance active est répartie au sein d'un matériau thermoplastique ayant été obtenus par extrusion à chaud sans solvant du mélange de la substance active avec le matériau thermoplastique et découpage du fil ou profilé sortant de la filière d'extrusion.
