The present invention provides a multiple DNA vaccine and/or a multivalent DNA vaccine for use in acquiring embryonic immunity in fowl eggs. The multiple DNA vaccine contains two or more DNA constructs, each containing a DNA molecule encoding an avian viral protein or a fragment thereof capable of inducing a protective immune response against the avian viral disease in fowl. The multivalent DNA vaccine contains one DNA construct which contains two or more DNA molecules, each representing an avian viral gene or a fragment thereof. The multivalent DNA vaccine is capable of expressing two or more viral antigens and inducing protective immune responses against the avian viral diseases in fowl.
La présente invention concerne un vaccin à base d'ADN multiple et/ou un vaccin à base d'ADN multivalent utilisés dans l'acquisition d'immunité embryonique dans les oeufs de volaille. Le vaccin à base d'ADN multiple contient deux ou plusieurs constructions d'ADN, contenant chacune une molécule d'ADN codant pour une protéine virale aviaire ou un fragment de celle-ci pouvant induire une réponse immune de protection contre la maladie virale aviaire de la volaille. Le vaccin à base d'ADN multivalent contient une construction d'ADN contenant deux ou plusieurs molécules d'ADN, représentant un gène viral aviaire ou un fragment de celui-ci. Le vaccin d'ADN multivalent peut exprimer deux ou plusieurs antigènes viraux et induire des réponses immunes de protection contre les maladies virales aviaires de la volaille. Le vaccin à base d'ADN multiple et le vaccin à base d'ADN multivalent sont, de préférence, tous deux injectés dans le liquide amniotique de l'oeuf de la volaille après une fertilisation d'environ 18 jours.
